I believe that individuals are already creative, whole, and resourceful and, somewhere along the way, they can lose sight of their internal strengths. I help clients reconnect with those innate qualities for a more fulfilling and balanced life.

 

I worked in university settings for almost 15 years, and I am still passionate about working with college/grad students, as well as any adult facing challenges with major life transitions, relationships, anxiety, depression, ADHD, body image, and grief/loss. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and provide trauma informed care.
